To ensure the security of your sensitive health data and comply with our internal data retention policies, account deletion is handled through a secure verification process.

If you would like to delete your Miri AI account and personal data, send an email to the Miri Data Privacy team that includes the email address or phone number associated with your account and we will take care of it.  

Email Subject Line: Account Deletion Request

Include the following statement: "I request the permanent deletion of my Miri account and associated personal data."

Your access will be revoked and you will receive confirmation from the Data Security team once your request has fully processed.

Data that will be deleted

• Account personal and login information (name, phone number, email address, sign-in tokens)
• Device identifiers: push notifications and device IDs

Data that will be retained and de-identified

• Analytics and logs associated with the above information
• Nutrition and weight goals
• Logged meals and weight progress
• AI coaching logs
